Assuming you've already established your short-term and long term goals, you want to start by planning your
weekly and daily activities. Before the week starts, write down the most important tasks you will accomplish during
the upcoming week. Doing this will help you stay focused and on track to reach your goals.
Plan each day's schedule the night before so you are ready to at the beginning of each day. Start with your most
important tasks first and the least important tasks last. Work on one project at a time until it is complete and
then move on to the next one. If you need to, use a timer throughout the day to keep you on pace - it can keep you

from the rest of the house. If you find that interruptions are a problem, schedule certain hours of the day where
you don't take phone calls, email, etc..

accountable.
